Set Up Digital Signature in Email

If you are using Cpanel and Round cube as your corporate email. You may want to learn how to set up your corporate email digital signature.

Here are the steps:

1. Log into your webmail using roundcube.
2. Find for SETTINGS -> COMPOSE MESSAGES
3. Enable the followings
   1. Automatically add signature
   2. Place signature below the quoted message
   3. When replying remove original signal from message
   4. Force standard separate in signature
4. Then Save
